So i just watched The Kite Runner.
I am happy that the movie didn't totally butcher the story.
well, they changed the part right before the ending, I guess to make it a happier story.
Obviously the book was much better.
But, the movie wasn't too bad, It wasn't a disappointment at all, as i thought it would be.
The story itself though is heartbreaking. It's simple acts of one human being that change the course of another's. When i read the book [by, Khaled Hosseini] two years ago i think, or whenever it first came out I felt like, I was left with the burden of the protagonist. His guilt and the broken things he couldn't fix.
And now after watching the movie it's there again, not as strong but the reminiscent feeling.
"For you, A thousand times over"
Goodnight.
