So I have meaning to write a blog since Wednesday, but I really haven't had any spare time. I feel like all I have done since the past week is work, and try to catch on sleep[but failed]
Yeah, so I had to explain the hostility factor within a work environment. well not all work environments. But at least Dairy Queen. Monday turned out to be a really bad work day, and my boss was less then sympathetic. Like holy crap it was only my third day working. during my shift, Zainab, Komail and Adil showed up and it was so nice to see some friendly faces, it made the day somewhat better. So after that day I really felt like quitting and was scared to go back, but today turned out much better. My brother was really supportive, and for some reason he thought me working was the cutest thing. >_>
So I think Zainab already mentioned in her blog, about the Anthem show. It's a monologue show hosted by 'spread the word', this year I didn't write my own, but the people who did, did a really good job. Today's audience turn out made me really happy, and they were really appreciative of our efforts. Ms. Wood and Ms. Harris promised to come to tomorrows show.
Mr. Sayed has been explaining how to invest my money wisely, which I don't have yet, but will soon. And by his method over a period of ten or so years, I should have a big profit. And his way seems quite fool proof, you just need to have patience. He is a pretty cool teacher.
hmm, well there were actually some better things that I had to say here, but I can't quite contemplate any thoughts right now, too tired.
