Looking through Today's Toronto Star is making me go "urgggh"
I mean New Year's is a day old already, plus who the fuck cares.
"the first baby"
talks about the first baby born in 2008 [in Ontario or Canada, or maybe just Toronto]. Does that really make him any more special than all the other babies born.
"police hampered by a cult of Stop Snitchin' "
I didn't read the whole thing because more than a couple of times they mention how this 14 year old girl killed is the first homicide in 2008. Did they thing the big 8 was going to bring peace, or stop the killings?
Great! 15 more people were "slain" in Toronto in 2007, than 2006.
"Bhutto helped create Taliban monster"
really now? Dude, she's dead. Everyone knows she wasn't a Saint, so let her rest in peace, Dimanno.
Oh but, Radiohead's IN RAINBOWS is only $7.99 at Future Shop.
I think I will just skip to the comics.

Yeah its so 10 years ago..I mean that new born baby stuff, they will never stop doing it. It's come year after year, then followed by the "number of homoicdes headling". That's why there's not really a use in reading a paper around new year week.
Except the comic section as you entioned. =P
