Banana bread anyone?

Dad's home this weekend, it's quite amusing, because the four of us, dad/mom/sister/I, are busy building my dresser. I kind of cracked the corner of my mirror though, and my dad came very close to cursing.

I woke up early, but then ended up spending most of the day under the covers, rolled in a ball, suffering from stomachache [<-- That spelling doesn't seem right, but it's not underlined so it must be.] Anyway, so I did make banana bread. I wasn't going to but nobody was eating the bananas and they were about to rot. I made a book list a few days ago, and I'm excited for it. SPOILER ALERT-->I finally finished The Fountainhead. It is an amazing book, but I would rather talk about a few things that didn't sit well with me. There were a few things that bothered me, one of them was that in the end Howard Roark is acquitted. Now this is a good thing obviously, but it unduly redeems "them", the Peter Keatings and Ellsworth Tooheys. And as the reader I wasn't ready to forgive them and allow them the right to award freedom to a man that didn't need it, and definitely didn't need them to provide it for him. I also was disappointed with Howard Roark's speech, I was left with the feeling that Ayn Rand built up the character so perfect that she herself couldn't put words together as well as he should be able to. So in turn the speech she wrote did not suffice Roark's character.
